Preparation Guide

  1. Take on 12" Pizza base

  2. Whisk together egg mix with a little pecorino

  3. Gently cook egg mix over a bain marle for 4 minutes

  4. Spread egg mixture over base

  5. Add mozzarella & guanciale lardons

  6. Cook in oven for around 3 minutes

  7. Turn halfway through cooking

  8. Finish with grated pecorino
